First off, when you apply for a liquor license you have to specify a few
things, such as is it a restaraunt, a night club, a simple tavern etc. It
is
the reason they are not just given out to anyone who applies, there are
only
so many of them available for designated venues. His license required food
sales, and it required that his main source of revenue not be from alcohol
sales. He violated his licensing by making all of his money off of
alcohol.
They were willing to work with him when he came up with a plan to make
money
off of other things besides alcohol because nobody was going there to have
dinner. This isn't racism, anyone in the same situation would have been
treated the same way. If krolls west made all of their money off of
alcohol
instead of food they would face the same thing. Grow up.
