Just watching bits and pieces of this evening's Det/Buffalo game, I have
always been big fan of Franzen but even I never really realized the speed
he
has for a big man to go along with his strength. What a specimen he is
turning into. I think a lot of people wondered if last season's run was
possibly a bit of a fluke. Not a chance. He backchecks so hard and quick
to
go along with his soft hands for a power forward. He not afraid to mix it
up
either. I think the only thing lacking in his game is some personality in
his between period interviews. Buffalo said before the game they hoped
Detroit would field it's best lineup tonight so they could measure there
selves against the champs. No Hank, no Hossa, no HOF goaltender Chris
Osgood. Final score...2-0 Wings.
Their going to have a had time signing Franzen AND Hossa this year along
with Hank. I think Franzen's on the verge of superstardom. What another
draft time STEAL!
