A ridiculous waste of money.
These are as bulky and pita to use as they are expensive.

*Much* better off with traditional dumbbells, or the short bar-dumbbells, 
with plates.

Mens Health does not have a fukn clue about *anything*.  The *only* thing 
they care about is filling column-inches with bull**** and pictures of
abs, 
and selling column inches of ad space.  Period.
