As far as that goes, we have Repugs doing a photo-op "protest" about 
drilling - and the price goes down.

We have Obama talking about releasing oil from the Reserve, and the price 
goes down.

It now appears that the storm in the Gulf will miss the oil rigs - and the

price goes down.
