Mtn. biker hurt in Mission Trails park
Firefighters were called to Mission Trails Regional Park this morning
where a man riding a mountain bike was injured.

The mountain biker was on a trail about three to five miles from one
of the entrances to the sprawling park when he fell just after 11
a.m., a dispatcher with the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department said. 

The fire department's helicopter, Copter 1, was called to fly the man
to an awaiting ambulance, said the dispatcher, who did not have
further details on the extent of the man's injuries.
