Oh yeah, they can be quite vicious. But they have also shown a
non-feeding freenze side. Biting a seal at its air hole and lifting
its multihundred pound mass by its face is hunting/eating.

No idea. I've only been on the higher slopes minus animals. Both pre
and post eruption. A glimmer exists on the time horizon that my friend
might want to go survey what's left in the near future. I have slowly
developing reasons for going back via ****tland, I just don't quite know
when.

I have seen those.

I'm of mixed opinions about zoos.
I've got friends who volunteer for a couple.
Some urban areas treat their zoos and wild animal parks better than
others (give more than lip service, they are high maintenance
facilities).

Species in their home location. I didn't know the GC had any transplants.
But then I don't get to the GC often. Do you know their area?

I have seen a few along the coast.
I've also now seen them from the air from a small plane (quite
impressive, near Shelter cove). But then I've only recently seen
dolphins on our coast.

Watched 2 breach (males) off the Kenai.
