Colin was a late 70s hire. He's getting close to retiring.
I've not seen him in decades even when I went to visit others.
Not as many Asians in computing back then. He bucked bioinformatics
trends staying with commodity Intel boxes when Ventner and others went
for speciality hardware.
I know JAW took an early out as I used to work with him when he and Kath
were at Ames. I've run into him twice in recent days. He's getting
ichy to do real work after his kids graduate and head to college. But
not too much (to stay retired).
