My take???    Well...the bats found THIS place....I say go ahead with
the plans fr a bike path through the tunnel.   If the bats don't like
it they will find some other place to spend their winter hibernation.
After all...I rather doubt that there would be all that much bike
traffic through there in mid-winter anyway.   So where does the
problem lie????
