WTB: Race Face Turbine 170mm 94/58 BCD Square Taper Crankset

I am looking for a used but in good to excellent condition 170mm Race
Face Turbine LP (or similar) square taper crankset using the 94/58mm
BCD standard.  Ideally black or sliver but other color options will
work too.  Needs be 94/58 though and not 110 BCD.  I'd be setting this
up as a double on a 'cross bike so if you have a spare bottom bracket
that will work I'll take that too.  I currently have a square taper
103mm FSA that I think will work though a 107mm BB-UN72 might be
needed, possibly a 113mm.
