Increasingly, as the net expands, the reader****p of rec.climbing is
migrating away from computer companies to the general populus.
Newer net hosts have older "traditional" ideas about computer use
and the work place. These sites only take directly work related news
groups.
Those readers unable to change their network policies can turn to
other sources for their News fix.
At this time, the older information providers like CompuServe, The Source,
GENIE, Prodigy, etc. are not gatewayed.
