I was trying to find a website showing something of how the design of
the cricket bat has changed and evolved through the history of the
game. My usual Google magic let me down yesterday - is there a good
website covering this area?
As an aside, as someone who does not know a huge amount about the game
I was surprised at how much of the modern bat is given over to pretty
garish sticky labels. Are these generally removed?
