Embracing the Replay and English

by arahim <arahim_arahim@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Aug 27, 2008 at 02:19 PM

Two interesting new s****ts developments though not specifically
cricket related but probably hold interest for most s****ts since they
are matters of policy.
1. Baseball finally embraces the replay as help for the umpire.
2. LPGA anounces that only golfers who can speak English will be
allowed on tour. Are they preparing to administer an english test?
Will foreign players now have to pass TOEFL? The reason as suggested
by the LPGA is so that the players can interact with sponsors, press,
and fans I suppose.
