Actually, this is absolutely the time to resume normal life.  And
cricket can be the conduit.  I believe I posted my post-9/11
experiences here last week.  One of the major factors that brought a
semblance of normalcy to life in NY was resumption of baseball.

I'd presume that the next couple of months would be among the safest
in India; especially for foreigners.

I'd not fault any English player who'd decide to stay away right now;
but the prudent thing to do would be to resume Test cricket.  I
guarantee you, it would get bigger audience that it would have had
under normal cir***stances.
