Quick question...I've always read this part of the rules:
" June 1st of the year after high
school graduation or the player's first post-high school national
governing body sanctioned event."

to mean that if I played in Highschool series of spring 2008, and I
graduate highschool in May 2008, which many of the highschools around
me do, then my clock starts ticking June 2008.  Is that not true?  Are
you saying that it would not start til June 2009 as long as I didn't
play in a sanctioned event between my graduation and June 2009?
