Agreed entirely, and I'm always (very mildly) surprised when Frank
makes this claim. Moreover, the positioning of players behind the
disc at all times, and the use of quick reset p***** back to the
thrower, are drastically more common than they were when I started
playing 12 years ago.
I'm not claiming that these measures mean that everyone is running
Frank's "motion offense". But it seems impossible to argue that these
aren't steps TOWARD something that is more like what Frank suggests.
