Good on you for trying to make these changes. From reading this thread
(and recalling past threads and situations), it seems that the
eligibility issue is largely one that needs to be clarified or
rewritten in layman's terms so the players that the policy effects can
understand it better.

As a board member, would you be at liberty to keep the public somewhat
updated on your progress or struggles in working for these (and other)
changes?

One thing that I am hungry for (and I'm sure tons of other members are
too) is more frequent info on what decisions are actually being made
and what actions are being taken.
