I've always found that, with the combination of shifty winds, a
tendency for a bit of a windshadow near shore, the current, and
generally voodoo waterstate, floatation is key at Crissy. Seems like
the tendency for freeriding there is to use a bigger board with a
smaller sail and fin; at least, that always seemed to work for me.
