Re: BIC CALYPSO 320 Equivalent Mast

It's such an old board that you have to go into Bic's "oldies" section
to find the specs on it. Here:

http://www.bics****twindsurf.com/products/windsurf_oldies.php?s****tid=1&catid=43&year=2005&lang=us

They don't give specs on the sail, but my guess is that any 460 cm
mast will work in it. Any modern base and extension should work,
too. Unless the board has an adjustable mast track, in which case you
will tear your hair out trying to find compatible parts.

You're probably not going to be doing anything high performance on
this board. It's too small to be a good longboard and it's too clunky
and heavy to be a good shortboard.

Good luck.
