Having ridden both, I prefer Retros (nothing wrong with EZZYs either).
I'm typically not in surf. Retros have a locked in Center of Effort,
so they don't get back handed, and a springiness that busts
gusts (a spongy feeling for some). I like the way they power
up (and down) smoothly, but not everybody does.
The EZZYs have a very similar feel to the Retros, but I find them
a little heavier feeling.
You can't go wrong with either.
