I have  a Dakine "tilly" hat that has a short stiff front brim, neoprene 
strap (to keep it on) and a neoprene pad in the top (in case you carry
board 
or sail on your head).  It works great.  Unfortunately, I just checked the

Dakine site and don't see it, but it looks similar to this:

Might be worth a call to Dakine to find out?
