Ghost page my butt. I was able to easily navigate to those harness lines
on
their site.
I had a similar experience about 2 years ago with them. I placed an order
for a fin and ended up with a mast base! I thought, oh well, people make
mistakes, no biggie. I called them and got the same attitude. I just
told
the guy that they had sent me the wrong item. The guy kept saying that it
was my fault -- being a real jerk about it. The guy did not budge an inch
and just kept berating me for ordering the wrong item and then calling
them
to correct the problem. I don't know how in the hell I could have
mistakenly ordered a mast base instead of a fin, and it wasn't like I was
pissed when I started the call.
But as you stated "Oh well..."
