I've heard good things about the chinook adjustables with the cleat,
however I haven't used them myself.
For the most part, Windsurfing Hawaii did make some nice harness lines
over the years, although the ones with the metal "cam" buckle were not
too good, as the cam did not hold...I ended up tieing them in one
position.
Line replacement on the Chinooks shouldn't be too much of an issue if
you use a reactor bar. The only time I ever had to replace harness
lines was during the period that I experimented with a standard bar.
